MARColombia is a project made possible within the Dutch Transition Facility.
NMPO/NWMC WASTE and CEMPRE are working as a consortium in order to provide, develop and implement Benchmark systems and Monitoring systems oriented on getting inside information in as well the service as the value chain, country wide.
This includes gathering information at the lowest level possible, and using this information for capacity building and policy making.
